A majority of executives observed that working from home has been proven successful.It has promoted productivity, creativity, and inclusion.At SAPL,we have adopted a new approach to work,a hybrid approach. We have divided our employee’s working time into two days in a week and allowed our employees to work from home and at the office.With this approach, our employees now have the freedom to work from home while being equally productive. This approach also includes working at the office a few times, ensuring that our employees work together and share their knowledge.<\/p>\n
Such approach has several benefits. It reduces stress, improves team building, increases productivity, and enhances work collaboration. Even though employees are allowed to work from home, the company culture and ethics are maintained as employees has to attend the office few times a week. Working from home enhances creativity, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Working at the office and home will ensure that employees do not feel isolated.<\/p>\n
During the lockdown, the employees that worked from home were equally productive. Our employees worked their best even during difficult times, as they knew that their work contributed to the requirements of our customers. Our employees went the extra mile to develop outputs because we knew our customers depended on it. Today, nothing has changed. Even with the change in our working approach, our customers can rest assured knowing that SAPL is still synonymous with productivity and service. This approach will build a trust-based relationship between SAPL and the employees. It will also ensure that productivity remains the same while reducing our employee’s travel time and energy expenditure.<\/p>\n
